Ann Barrett, Founder and President

Ann Barrett is an organizational consultant whose expertise is based on twenty-five years of leadership experience with nonprofits and corporations. She has helped diverse organizations transform their structures, processes, and cultures to embrace change and position them for the future.

Ann is able to comprehend organizational challenges, yet understands an individual’s specific concerns. She has facilitated effective group dynamics with positive results. Well-grounded in healthcare and executive leadership, she has served in leadership positions in hospitals and in homecare facilities. For fourteen years, she was executive director of Landmark Volunteers, a nationally recognized organization that placed more than 8,200 high school students in volunteer positions at 98 nonprofit organizations across the United States. More recently, within the consultant realm, Ann’s organizational management skills and experience in successful marketing, development, and fiscal strategies have resulted in clients repositioning for rapid growth.

Active within her community, Ann has served on multiple boards, including Berkshire Health Systems, Berkshire Literacy Network, and the Sheffield Land Trust. She received a BS in Nursing from the University of Vermont and a MS Degree in Organizational Management from Antioch New England.
